Online karaoke built for a karaoke room with friends
KaraokeRoom is browser-based online karaoke: open a room, share a code, and everyone joins with live video — no app install, no venue booking.
Queue YouTube karaoke tracks together, pass the mic when it's your turn, and keep the night moving with chat on the same stage. It's a simple karaoke room with friends, whether you're across town or across time zones.
Common questions
Quick answers on accounts, privacy, and what's free.
Do I need an account to sing?
No. Pick a display name and create or join a room as a guest. An account is only needed if you want Karaoke Pro to travel with you across devices.
How do friends join?
Share the room link or code. They open it in the browser, enter a display name, and they’re on the same stage — no app install.
Are mic and camera required? Is it private?
Mic and camera are optional until you want to sing on video. Streams stay in the room for people who joined — not a public broadcast. Pro hosts can lock a room with an access code.
What’s free vs Pro?
Free covers up to 4 singers and a 5-song queue with live video. Pro raises the party size and queue, and adds HD video, themes, private rooms, and host controls.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel from your profile via Stripe’s customer portal. You keep Pro through the end of the billing period.
Where do songs come from?
The queue searches YouTube for karaoke tracks. Everyone in the room watches the same synced playback.
